Jack Abram

Deputy Manager

Working in the care sector since I left college, I have worked my way up through the sector from Nursing Support Assistant at the very beginning, I have gained a wide variety of skills and knowledge in an ever-developing industry. Applying my knowledge and experience at every opportunity that presents itself, I am confident in my abilities to ensure that the residents in my care are looked after in a comfortable and compassionate manner; this ensures that myself and the staff are able to maintain 100% credibility with a transparent and open culture.

As part of my role as Deputy Manager, my main focus is maintaining the positive levels and standards of care, often acting as a first point of contact for outside professionals, families, staff, and residents; this further enables an excellent communication channel and allows the home to further develop our ways of working to strive for excellence. Whenever I am providing any sort of care, I always ask myself the question, “Would I be happy if this was the standard of care my parents received?”.

In my spare time I have recently started my journey on a weight loss and joined a local gym. I have also fallen in love with long nature walks on my weekends off.

Graham Pink

Activities Coordinator

I joined the Future Care Group in March 2021 as Activities Co-ordinator after many years being in management in the care field.

I have always been involved in providing social events for other companies and their residents I have worked for and wanted the opportunity to be able to do activities full time.

I really enjoy my job as I am able to spend quality time with residents supporting them to enjoy the sociable side of care and support.

My day varies from organising many different activities such as cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, singalongs or organising special days and events or a one to one taking a resident to a hospital appointment.

The residents are able to choose activities they want to do or even try something new. It really makes my day to see smiles on their faces and hear laughter from our residents.
